What You Bring (Requirements)
- High school graduate; college degree preferred
- Minimum one-year experience in a business setting, healthcare preferred
- Must be comfortable driving vehicles that seat up to 10-12 passengers and is able to manage time well
- Must be able to utilize Safe Defensive Driving Skills
- Experience in customer service environment, preferably in a skilled nursing setting
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Schedules, documents and coordinates resident appointments and transportation
- Establishes and publishes daily trip schedule to care center through unit binders
- Completes and distributes appointment packets to include specific medical information for each resident
- Captions and escorts as needed to accompany residents who require assistance
- Provides back up for IL Transportation Supervisor, as needed
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
