Medical Coding Manager

As the Medical Coding Manager, you will manage medical coding operations to ensure accurate and compliant coding of medical records for an organization that provides healthcare patient services; oversee and train coding staff; design, implement, and document coding policies and processes; conduct audits and evaluate operations to identify opportunities for improvements. This is a first‑level manager role: manages the activities of supervisors and/or individual contributors; responsible for hiring, firing, performance appraisals, and pay reviews; broad knowledge of the field with demonstrated leadership skills.
