We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - Position Description & Qualifications: description about role, mission, etc. Could be "About the role". We'll include description paragraphs. - Responsibilities: list of duties: performance of routine audits, DQMC audit, develop annual work plan, targeted audits, support DHA-MCPB in audits used in Government surveillance, etc. - Requirements: education requirements (multiple options). Also experience requirements, pre-employment test, developmental classification maybe. - Qualifications: maybe certifications? Actually certifications are part of qualifications. Could be separate "Qualifications" section for certifications. - Skills: mandatory skills list (ICD-CM, HCPCS, CPT, reimbursement systems, industry nomenclature, anatomy/physiology, pharmacology, disease processes, medical specialties, ancillary services, revenue cycle management, government rules, etc., practical knowledge of revenue cycle management, project management, business analysis, training methods, clinical documentation improvement, continuous process improvement, practical knowledge of CDT). Also maybe "Mandatory Skills" heading. - Benefits: mention "Total Rewards package includes competitive pay, performance-based incentives, and benefits that promote well-being and work-life balance... Eligible employees also gain access to a wide range of benefits from comprehensive health coverage and health savings accounts to retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and time-off programs that support work-life balance." Also mention link to benefits page. So we can include Benefits section. - Pay: Not explicitly given; only mention "competitive pay". No specific numbers. According to rule: do NOT create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "competitive pay" but not specific. That might be considered not specific enough? The rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. "competitive pay" is vague but still states that pay is competitive. Might be considered not specific. Safer to omit Pay section. - Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So omit. - Also include "Company Overview" maybe as part of About the role? Could be separate but not required. We could include as part of About the role. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, accommodation instructions, etc. Remove those. We need to preserve all substantive info: description, responsibilities, requirements (education, experience, test, developmental classification), qualifications (certifications), skills, benefits. We must not repeat job title. No headings for Job ID etc. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide which content goes into which section. Let's outline:

    About the role

Serco is excited to continue our support to the Defense Heath Agency (DHA) Medical Coding Program Branch (MCPB). The DHA is a joint, integrated Combat Support Agency that enables the Army, Navy, and Air Force medical services to provide a medically ready force to Combatant Commands in both peacetime and wartime. The essential mission of the DHA Medical Coding Program Branch (DHA-MCPB) is to improve the accuracy and quality of medical coding and documentation across DHA in support of the DHA mission. Medical Coding Auditing consists of a systematic, unbiased, independent examination of medical documentation and coding to validate that all codes entered into the Military Health System (MHS) systems are in conformity with official coding policies, regulations, requirements, and standards. The auditing task involves developing or following a disciplined, systematic process that defines what is to be audited and why, how errors are defined and reported, what documentation and official guidance is required, and how results are reported. The work will encompass all 400 Military Treatment Facilities and Dental clinics assigned to DHA Markets. The work may include multiple conference calls, virtual meetings, and onsite visits to DHA organizational elements inside the continental United States (CONUS) and outside of the continental United States (OCONUS).

    That seems good.

    Responsibilities

    • Performance of routine or standard audits of all MTFs and Dental clinics assigned to DHA Markets, such as the Data Quality Management Control (DQMC) audit.
    • Direct support to the DHA-MCPB to develop an annual work plan of medical coding audits based upon identified enterprise risk factors.
    • When directed, performance of targeted coding and/or documentation audits of DHA Markets, DHARs, medical service lines or specialties, MTFs, or individuals.
    • Direct support to the DHA-MCPB in performance of medical coding audits used in Government surveillance of other DHA medical coding contracts.
    That covers responsibilities.

    Requirements

We need to include education options, experience requirements, pre-employment test, developmental classification. We can split into sub-sections? Not required; we can just list as
items. Education: list options. Experience: minimum seven years etc. Pre-employment test. Developmental classification. We'll put all under Requirements. But we must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Let's craft:

      Requirements

Education – One of the following:

      • Associate’s degree or higher in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, or biological science.
      • University, college, or technical school certificate in medical coding.

      • Successful completion of an AAPC or AHIMA online or in‑person coding exam preparation course that includes medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, health information management concepts, and pharmacology.
      • Successful completion of a training course beyond apprentice level for medical technicians, hospital corpsmen, medical service specialists, or hospital training, obtained in a training program given by the Armed Forces or the U.S. Maritime Service under close medical and professional supervision.

      • Ancillary specialties (PT/OT, Radiology, Lab, Nutrition, etc.) that usually do NOT use E&M codes do not count as qualifying experience.
      • Coding experience should include inpatient facility and ambulatory surgery areas.
      • Coding, auditing, and training exclusively for specialties such as home health, skilled nursing facilities, and rehabilitation care will not be considered as qualifying experience.
      • Coding experience limited to making codes conform to specific payer requirements for the business office (insurance billing, accounts receivable) is not a qualifying factor.
      • Four (4) years of the seven (7) years of required coding experience must involve medical coding auditing functions (development and execution of audit plan, conducting audit according to audit plan by reviewing required documentation and determining compliance with audit standards, communicating with stakeholders during all phases of audit, and reporting on audit findings).

Pre‑employment Test – Prospective candidates must pass a pre‑employment Medical Coding Compliance Specialist Test with a score of 70% or better. If the candidate is an incumbent on a current or prior DHA or Military Department (MILDEP) contract, the test will be waived IF the incumbent has demonstrated satisfactory performance and otherwise meets the qualifications for the position.

Developmental Classification – A Medical Coding Compliance Specialist candidate that does not meet all required certifications may be accepted in a “developmental classification” at 90% of the Full Performance salary.
