Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to all patients of DVCH.
- Answer patient calls courteously and schedule medical appointments for each health center.
- Complete all initial paperwork involved in patient registration and produce the encounter form which allows the patient to be examined by a provider.
- Act as back‑up for the MOH/Medical Clerk as necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to function independently in a high‑pressure environment.
- Ability to present a positive and enthusiastic demeanor while directly working with patients.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) may be required.

$18‑$19 per hour
