About the role
Looking to start a rewarding healthcare career? This role involves supporting dental teams by assisting during procedures, preparing treatment rooms, taking X-rays (training provided), recording patient information, sterilizing tools, and supporting front-desk tasks. You will help create positive patient experiences while following safety and privacy guidelines such as OSHA and HIPAA. No prior experience or certification is required, and training is provided to help you develop essential skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during treatments
- Prepare and clean treatment areas
- Take and process X-rays
- Manage patient records and scheduling
- Maintain a sterile and organized workspace
- Support patient education on post-treatment care
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable, eager to learn, and responsible
- Background check, valid driver’s license, and work authorization
Preferred (but not required)
- Dental assisting certification
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
