About the role

A Day in the Life As a Medical Business Associate within the Radiology Department, you serve as the first point of contact for patients and their families, helping create a welcoming, efficient, and supportive experience from the moment they arrive. Your professionalism, communication, and attention to detail play an important role in supporting exceptional patient care throughout the imaging process.

• Obtain and verify all required patient demographics and complete check-in process for radiology exams.
• Help set the tone for each patient visit by greeting patients professionally in person and over the phone.
• Respond compassionately and effectively to patient and family needs.
• Support a smooth and positive radiology experience.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience required, typically achieved by working with the public with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in typing, Windows, and experience with multiple computer systems.

Schedule

40 hours weekly, 2–10 PM with occasional Saturdays.
