Aim of the Role
To serve as the first point of contact for patients and their families, ensuring efficient and professional interactions.
Responsibilities
- Obtain and verify all required patient and insurance information and enter into the registration system accurately.
- Schedule patient appointments, including return office visits, referrals, and diagnostic testing/procedures.
- Greet patients professionally in person and over the telephone, responding effectively to inquiries.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED equivalent.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, preferably gained through previous public-facing roles.
- Proficiency in typing, using Windows operating system, and experience with multiple computer systems.

Pay
$18.00 per hour
Schedule
40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sign-On Bonus
