Medical Billing Office Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced medical office billing manager. Our team consists of eight pediatric orthopedic surgeons, APPs and PT/OT teams. This leadership role will serve as a liaison between the outside billing company and the practice administrator.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of healthcare revenue cycle management and leadership
• Deep understanding of ICD-10 and CPT coding
• Experience with Medicaid and Commercial insurances and regulations
• Extensive experience with claim entry, scrubbing, filing, denials and appeals
• Experience with EMR/Practice Management systems (eClinicalWorks)
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel and ability to manage large-scale AR
• Experience with KPIs for tracking financial performance and reporting to practice leadership
