Medical Biller/Claims Processing - Patient Support Representative - Remote

Job Responsibilities

• Receive medical claims from HCPs or patients
• Ensure adequate supporting documentation has been provided
• Interpret the EOB/CMS1500
• Vet the claim against program specific business rules
• Determine if the claim should be paid or rejected

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational skills
• Support customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other means
• Work 40 hours per week (shift available: 10:00am - 7:00pm ET)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in claim processing
• Certification in Medical Billing
• Certification in Coding

Skills

• Ability to interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
• HIPPA certified
• Customer Service Experience
• Pharmacy Technician experience
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
