We are hiring for an in-house medical biller for our award-winning physical therapy practice. Join our supportive and happy team in our open floor plan clinic. There is potential for advancement to managing the clinic.

Responsibilities

• Patient communication, benefits checking, and explanations
• Reviewing patient accounts, collecting co-pays and invoices
• Examining AI-generated decisions and correcting mistakes
• Managing patient schedules and ensuring scheduling quality
• Ensuring full plans of care have been met

Qualifications

• Experience with medical billing and insurance processes
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment
• Comfort with technology and AI-assisted tools

Skills

• Excellent communication skills for patient interactions
• Organizational and scheduling abilities
• Analytical thinking for insurance and benefits puzzles
• Ability to work collaboratively with back office billing support
