About the role

In this role, your day begins by reviewing patient charts and preparing for diagnostic testing, ensuring every detail is accurate and organized. You'll perform ANS and EKG testing with confidence and care, guiding patients through each step while maintaining a calm, professional presence. Throughout the day, you'll document assessments thoroughly in the electronic health record, communicate with providers and teammates, and step in to assist Medical Assistants as needed, playing a critical role in keeping the clinic running smoothly and ensuring patients are well cared for.
Responsibilities
- Review patient charts and prepare for diagnostic testing
- Perform ANS and EKG testing with care and professionalism
- Guide patients through each step of testing
- Document assessments thoroughly in the electronic health record
- Communicate with providers and teammates
- Assist Medical Assistants as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Friendly, outgoing attitude toward patients
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant experience is preferred, but little to no experience is required; we provide training

Schedule
This is a full-time position with shifts falling within the following business hours:
- Monday: 8:00am–5:00pm (1-hour lunch at 1:00pm)
- Tuesday: 8:00am–7:00pm (1-hour lunch at 1:00pm)
- Wednesday: 8:00am–1:00pm (No lunch)
- Thursday: 7:00am–5:00pm (1-hour lunch at 1:00pm)
- Friday: 8:00am–5:00pm (1-hour lunch at 1:00pm)
- Saturday: 8:00am–12:00pm (No lunch)
