Medical Assistant Supervisor Oncology Bilingual

The Medical Assistant Supervisor will lead day‑to‑day supervision and guidance for a team of Medical Assistants, working primarily in Brandon with coverage at other area clinics.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Medical Assistant productivity.
- Provide training to staff and new hires.
- Audit charting.
- Assist Clinic Manager with creating protocols.
- Participate in mandatory staff meetings as needed.
- Assist with inventory organization and stocking of exam rooms and labs.
- Promote Starling's culture of exceptional behavioral standards for customer service.
- Maintain and protect confidentiality and security of all organizational information, including financial and client information.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED.
- Medical Assistant Certificate.
- Supervisor experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Pay
Hourly wage range: $21 — $23 USD.
