Medical Assistant PRN/ As Needed Boston

About the Role

Crossover Health is seeking a PRN / As Needed Medical Assistant for our new Boston clinic. The clinic is open Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, and candidates must have availability to cover shifts during these hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic guests with above-and-beyond service to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
• Ensure guests are delighted from the moment they step into the clinic and extend service beyond clinic walls.
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Resolve customer complaints and assist with inquiries regarding clinic services and hours.
• Take medical histories, measure patient vitals, and gather pertinent information to assist clinicians with patient care.
• Handle inventory, orders, and replenishment of medical supplies and materials.
• Administer medications, including injections, within the scope of practice.
• Manage a multi-phone line system, professionally answering calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
