Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content. We have:
- Role Description (purpose, reporting, etc.) -> could be "About the role".
- Responsibilities list.
- Required Qualifications.
- Strongly Preferred Qualifications.
- Preferred Qualifications (maybe combine with Required? but they are separate).
- Other Skills (maybe Skills).
- Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 (Schedule).
- Time Type Full time (Schedule).
- Pay Range (Pay).
- Benefits (Great Benefits For Great People).
- Additional details about benefits (maybe part of Benefits).
- Application window close date (metadata) - we can drop or put in short p.
- EEO etc - drop.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". We have actual numbers.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's structure:
About the role
We’re building a world of health around every individual — shaping a more connected, convenient and compassionate health experience. At CVS Health®, you’ll be surrounded by passionate colleagues who care deeply, innovate with purpose, hold ourselves accountable and prioritize safety and quality in everything we do. Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.
The purpose of a Medical Assistant at Oak Street Health is to gather all necessary medical information regarding our patients to ensure providers have the most accurate information available when making healthcare decisions. Medical Assistants (MA) report to the Practice Manager or Center Operations Specialist. They are a vital element of our model and important members of our Care Teams. Being an MA at Oak Street Health requires high levels of flexibility, energy, attention to detail, and problem solving skills. You will be expected to build relationships with Oak Street Health members. Medical Assistants will collaborate closely with their teammates to ensure an unmatched patient experience while driving clinical results. As an MA you will accomplish this by assisting in the assessment of patients’ health conditions, through screenings and routine diagnostic testing performed during appointments. Check out this pamphlet for a sneak peek into the life of an Oak Street Medical Assistant!
But note: The instruction says do not repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short or drop it. The "Check out this pamphlet..." is maybe a link but we keep as prose.
Now Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Ensure an efficient patient flow; room patients in a timely manner, complete vital signs, complete required screenings and complete medication reviews
- Inventory supplies and stock exam rooms
- Respond to patient requests for telephonic support (Lab results, faxing records to specialists, etc)
- In accordance with state regulations, MAs may administer vaccinations, perform point of care tests including but not limited to: A1C, spirometry, EKGs, blood draws for lab testing, etc
- Import required documents into EMR via scanning or PDF upload
- Participate in care team meetings to discuss patient care and clinic operations
- Process orders for durable medical equipment
- Request medical records from external providers as required by the provider
- As required, conduct routine quality control checks including infection control measures, equipment, and checks for expired medication and supplies and/or assist in maintaining center lab
- Other duties as assigned
Now Requirements/Qualifications: The posting has "What we’re looking for" with Required Qualifications, Strongly Preferred Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Other Skills.
We could combine into sections: Requirements (maybe Required Qualifications), Preferred Qualifications (maybe combine Strongly Preferred and Preferred), Skills (Other Skills). But we need to follow instruction: use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can decide.
We have Required Qualifications: list items.
Strongly Preferred Qualifications: list.
Preferred Qualifications: list.
Other Skills: list.
We could make a single Qualifications
with sub-sections? But instruction says use for section headings, not nested. Could we have multiple sections: Requirements, Preferred Qualifications, Skills? Let's see.
We have Required Qualifications (must have). Then Strongly Preferred Qualifications (preferred). Then Preferred Qualifications (maybe also preferred). Then Other Skills.
We could do:
Requirements
... Required Qualifications ...
Preferred Qualifications
... combine Strongly Preferred and Preferred? Might be okay but we risk losing distinction. However instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we can keep both lists separate under same heading with maybe a note? But we cannot invent headings like "Strongly Preferred". We could keep them as separate sections: "Strongly Preferred Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". But the instruction gave examples but not limited to those; we can use any heading as long as it's . It said use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). That suggests we should use those headings, but not strictly limited? It says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect those headings. So we should map content to those headings.
Thus we need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to decide what goes where.
- About the role: company description + role purpose description.
- Responsibilities: list.
- Requirements: Required Qualifications (must have).
- Qualifications: maybe Strongly Preferred Qualifications + Preferred Qualifications combined? Or we could put Strongly Preferred under Qualifications and Preferred under Skills? But Skills is separate.
- Skills: Other Skills (problem-solving, communication, etc.) plus maybe language proficiency? Actually language proficiency is under Required Qualifications: "Proficiency in non-English languages as required by the center's demographics." That's a requirement.
- Benefits: Great Benefits For Great People description.
- Pay: Pay Range details.
- Schedule: Anticipated Weekly Hours 40, Time Type Full time.
We also have "US work authorization" under Required Qualifications.
Let's extract each.
Required Qualifications bullet list (from text):
- State or national certification (as required by state), or graduation from an accredited medical assistant course
- 1 year experience as a medical assistant

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. Schedule: "Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time"
We could combine into a

Now we need to output only HTML fragment.
