Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist

About the Role

Life Line Screening, the industry‑leading preventive healthcare company with 30 years of experience and over 650,000 screenings annually, is seeking motivated Medical Assistants (including new graduates) to join a mobile screening team. You will travel to various community locations, administer health screenings, and help participants gain valuable insight into their health.

Responsibilities

• Perform front‑desk registration and customer intake processes.
• Conduct health screenings such as Ankle‑Brachial Index, Osteoporosis Risk Assessment, Atrial Fibrillation detection, and blood tests in accordance with company protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to load, unload, and transport equipment (up to 50 lb) and share driving duties of the company van.
• Maintain a fast‑paced, accurate, and positive environment for both team members and customers during screening events.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, Emergency Medical Technician, or other medically‑skilled program (new graduates welcome).
• Valid driver’s license with a clear Motor Vehicle Record; ability to share van driving responsibilities.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and ability to educate participants on products and services.
• Flexibility to work non‑traditional schedules: Monday‑Friday with occasional Saturdays, with shift times varying based on community destination.
• Willingness to travel; compensation includes pay for travel time.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lb.

Compensation & Incentives

• Base pay for travel time and on‑site event work, with unlimited bonus potential.
• $500 bonus after 3 months of service.
• $500 bonus after 6 months of service.
• $1,000 bonus after 12 months of service.
• Monthly Team Incentive Pay.
