Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist

As a Medical Assistant, you will contribute to helping adults gain useful insight into their health by administering medically appropriate health screenings alongside a team of trained professionals.

Earn $500 after 3 months of service, $500 after 6 months of service, and $1,000 after 12 months of service.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform Front desk registration, Ankle Brachial Index, Osteoporosis Risk Assessment, Atrial Fibrillation, and blood test screenings in accordance with company protocols in a proficient and timely manner.
• Collaborate with the team to share responsibilities, including driving the company van, loading, and unloading equipment (up to 50 lbs).
• Work in a fast-paced environment where a passion for helping others and accuracy in performing tests are held to the highest standards.
• Educate participants on products and services while maintaining excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, Emergency Medical Technician program, or other medically skilled related program. New graduates are welcome!
• Flexibility to work non-typical office hours, including Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays. Schedules are made 3 months in advance, with varying start and end times based on travel and customer schedules.
• Valid driver’s license and clear MVR, as driving responsibilities for the company van are shared among the team.
• Passion for creating and maintaining a positive environment for team members and customers.

Pay

Compensation includes base pay for on-site events, paid travel time, and unlimited bonus potential.

Schedule

Schedules are made 3 months in advance and run Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed. Meeting and end times vary based on travel distance and customer schedules.
