Responsibilities
- Work directly with our provider to support safe, efficient, and empathetic patient care, including:
- Perform urinalysis, EKGs, phlebotomy, and body composition testing
- Obtain and accurately record patient vitals
- Administer IM injections
- Prepare and manage lab orders and results
- Absorb patient referrals to other healthcare professionals
- Maintain clinical workflow in a fast-paced, supportive environment
- Help ensure each patient feels supported, understood, and motivated throughout their journey:
- Document patient progress in the EMR
- Conduct follow-up calls to review progress and address concerns
- Support patients with questions about the Medi-Weightloss program
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication at every visit
- This is a collaborative role in a growing clinic—your contribution matters:
- Assist with administrative duties (phones, scheduling, filing)
- Maintain daily inventory for clinical supplies
- Support clinic marketing initiatives and patient engagement efforts
- Train new staff on procedures (when requested)
- Contribute ideas to enhance clinic workflow, efficiency, and patient outcomes
Requirements
- A positive, professional attitude and genuine love for patient interaction

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow protocols

- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in a medical office or weight-loss clinic preferred
