About the role
Performs non-invasive, routine technical support services under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include setting up exam rooms, checking in patients, maintaining patient recall systems, obtaining vital signs, and reporting significant findings. Additionally, conducts audiometry and vision tests and performs other related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Prepare exam rooms and manage patient check-in processes
- Obtain vital signs and communicate findings to physicians
- Perform audiometry and vision testing
- Support clinical operations and perform assigned tasks
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Medical Assistant Certification from an accredited institution
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Commitment to safety, including mandatory vaccinations (exemptions available)
- Participation in E-Verify and compliance with health and safety policies
Qualifications & Skills
- Preferred certifications: audiometry, vision training, and phlebotomy
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow supervision
