Medical Assistant (Out in Field)

Field Medical Assistant Pay Rate: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday – Friday Make a Difference Every Day Lykos Medical, part of Brigade Health, is looking for a compassionate and dependable Medical Assistant to join our growing team in Grand Junction. If you enjoy building relationships with patients, working alongside dedicated healthcare professionals, and making a meaningful impact in people's lives, we'd love to meet you. In this role, you'll support providers across multiple senior living communities and help create a positive patient experience while delivering outstanding care. This position requires local travel and the flexibility to visit 1-3 communities throughout the day based on patient and provider needs. What You'll Do As a Medical Assistant, you'll play an important role in both patient care and clinic operations by: Taking patient vitals and assisting with patient assessmentsSupporting providers during examinations, treatments, and follow-up appointmentsTraveling between 1-3 senior living communities per day to support patient care needsMonitoring patient progress and communicating updates to the healthcare teamProviding education, guidance, and support to patients and their familiesMaintaining accurate documentation and medical recordsAssisting with diagnostic testing and helping coordinate patient care plansContributing to a smooth, efficient, and patient-focused clinical environment What We're Looking For Medical Assistant Diploma or certification preferredExperience taking patient vital signs and supporting clinical careValid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between local communitiesA genuine passion for providing exceptional patient servicePrevious experience in healthcare, primary care, or senior living settings is a plusStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a teamA positive attitude and commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care Why Join Lykos Medical?
