Responsibilities

• Complete clinical and administrative tasks within the clinic.
• Work alongside the provider to ensure patients are taken care of and the clinic runs smoothly.
• Serve as the first point of patient care within the clinic.
• Room and prepare patients according to clinic‑specific checklists or procedures.
• Measure patient weight, height, oxygen saturation, respiration, temperature, pulse (manual and automatic), blood pressure (manual and automatic), and other clinic‑specific patient care.
• Complete required patient care documentation including medical histories, referral requests, etc.
• Assist with day‑to‑day operations as needed for optimal patient care, including helping fellow teammates and providers.

Requirements

• Must be vaccinated or have lab‑confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella.
• Must receive an annual flu vaccine (or approved medical/religious exemption).

Qualifications

• Credentialed Medical Assistant: High school graduate or GED equivalent preferred; credentialed as a Medical Assistant from an approved Munson Healthcare Credentialing Organization; BLS certification preferred and must be obtained within 90 days of hire and maintained.
• Non‑credentialed Medical Assistant: High school graduate or GED equivalent preferred; one year of relevant experience in a physician practice or similar healthcare setting in a provider/patient support role, or graduate of a Medical Assistant program approved by Munson Healthcare; BLS certification preferred and must be obtained within 90 days of hire and maintained.

Pay

Sign‑on bonus: $6,750.00

Schedule

32 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
