Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist

Key Responsibilities

• Record manual vitals
• Perform routine blood draws (phlebotomy)
• Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as directed by the provider
• Maintain lab equipment, ensure accurate documentation, and perform quality control checks
• Run in-house labs or prepare samples for outside testing
• Auxiliary inventory management, ordering, and supply organization
• Support front desk operations when needed
• Foster positive relationships with patients and providers

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification (preferred)
• Minimum 3 months of relevant medical experience (phlebotomy, injections, vitals) OR completion of 180-hour externship
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and Saturdays
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Experience with venipuncture and injections highly preferred

Clinic Hours

Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
