About the role
This position supports Essentia Health's Family Practice team across multiple clinics in the Twin Ports area. The role focuses on in-basket management, patient communication, direct patient care tasks, and clinical support for providers and care teams in the ambulatory setting.
Responsibilities
- In-basket management

- Clinical support for providers and care teams
- May work a hybrid schedule depending on department needs
- Hours are 08:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday, no holidays or weekends
Requirements
- Licensure/Certification: Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Minnesota, Wisconsin, or current registration/certification as a Medical Assistant
- Completion of a Medical Assistant Program and must become certified within one year of date of hire
- BLS certified or able to obtain within 3 months
