You will perform clinical duties in physician practices under the direction of the practice manager and physicians, promote teamwork with all members of the healthcare team, and carry out your work in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Room patients
• Obtain and document vital signs
• Administer injections and medications
• Perform EKGs and other point‑of‑care testing and treatments
• Triage phone calls and electronic messages
• Perform check‑out duties

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Previous medical assistant experience in vital sign accuracy, EKGs, medication administration, and immunizations
