We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: compensation (pay range) and benefits (401k, merit increases, education assistance, sign-on bonus). Also responsibilities (major responsibilities list). Requirements: experience required, licenses & certifications, education required. Knowledge, skills & abilities required (skills). Physical requirements and working conditions (maybe could be part of Requirements or separate? Could be a section like Physical Requirements but not listed in allowed headings; we can put under Requirements or maybe Skills? The allowed headings are limited; we can include sections like Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. The posting also mentions "Grow your career (and your bank account) when you’re hired as an MA/LPN. This position is currently eligible for a sign-on bonus..." That's part of Benefits? Could be under Benefits.
We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID. No metadata like Job ID.
We need to preserve all substantive info.

We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID. No metadata like Job ID.
We need to preserve all substantive info.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
We need to not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present.
We need to output only HTML fragment.
Let's structure:
About the role
maybe a short paragraph describing role: "We want our teammates and their families to Live Well." That's a tagline. Could be about the role. We'll include that as prose.
Then Pay
with paragraph describing compensation ranges.
Then Benefits
with ul list: 401(k) company contributions: 3% of eligible annual salary; 401(k) employer match: dollar for dollar up to 3%; Opportunity for yearly merit increases within the salary range; Education Assistance; Sign-on bonus to be paid on 1st or 2nd paycheck following first 90 days of employment (Qualified External Candidates Only). Also maybe mention "Grow your career (and your bank account)" but that's fluff.
Then Responsibilities
with ul list of duties (the long list). Need to split into items.
Then Requirements
with ul list: Experience Required (1 year experience...), Licenses & Certifications (LPN: active license, BLS within 45 days; Medical Assistant: BLS within 45 days), Education And/or Degrees Required (LPN: advanced training beyond HS including accredited practical nursing program; Medical Assistant: GED or HS Equivalency Diploma, completion of accredited medical assistant program). Also maybe include Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required as Skills section.
Then Skills
with ul list: Ability to perform routine and complex technical skills within MA scope after demonstrated competency; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficient computer skills including keyboarding, navigation within Windows OS, use of email with exposure to EMR systems; Demonstrates customer service skills that support a positive patient experience.
Physical requirements could be part of Requirements or maybe a separate section but not in allowed headings; we could include under Requirements as a list item.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content.
We need to ensure we don't repeat content unnecessarily.
Let's craft.
Be careful to preserve all substantive info: The posting includes "We want our teammates and their families to Live Well." That's a tagline; we can include as prose under About the role.
Also "Actual Compensation Offered In The Pay Range Of $22..10 – $33.10 For An MA Or $23.20 – $34.80 For An LPN And Will Be Based On Factors Such As Qualifications, Skills, Relevant Experience And/or Training And Internal Equity." We'll capture that.
Also "To Accompany Base Pay We Offer a Comprehensive Benefits Package Including:" then list.
Also "Grow your career (and your bank account) when you’re hired as an MA/LPN. This position is currently eligible for a sign-on bonus to be paid on your 1st or 2nd paycheck following your first 90 days of employment (Qualified External Candidates Only)." We'll include sign-on bonus in Benefits.
Also "Military/Veteran Friendly" maybe a note; could be included under Benefits or as a separate line but not required. Could be included as a bullet under Benefits.
We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "This job description indicates the general nature..." That's generic; maybe we can omit as it's not substantive? It's somewhat generic but still part of description. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." That line is generic but still part of posting; but it's not specific duties. Might be considered boilerplate. However it's not explicitly listed as boilerplate to remove (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning). It's more generic disclaimer. I'd say we can keep it under Responsibilities maybe as a note. But it's not a duty. Safer to omit? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; that line is not substantive about the job. I'd lean to omit.
Now produce HTML.
