Medical Assistant/LPN - Boise Pediatrics Clinic

About the role

The Medical Assistant (MA) will provide excellent direct patient care alongside our providers, support the Patient Centered Medical Home model of care, and maintain accurate and complete documentation within the patient’s medical record.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent direct patient care alongside our providers

• Maintain accurate and complete documentation within the patient’s medical record

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program or LPN from accredited College of Nursing
• Currently certified by American Medical Technologists, American Association of Medical Assistants, American Registry of Medical Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurse or other accredited certifying organization
• Entry level; previous medical assistant experience or LPN preferred
• Previous experience in a primary care clinic / outpatient setting preferred

Qualifications

• Education: Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program or LPN from accredited College of Nursing
• Licensure / Certification: Currently certified by American Medical Technologists, American Association of Medical Assistants, American Registry of Medical Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurse or other accredited certifying organization

Schedule

Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm with the opportunity for evening and Saturday shifts.
