About the team

Seton Medical Center Harker Heights is an 83-bed acute care hospital offering services including Cardiology, Emergency Services (Level IV Trauma Designated ER), General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, Gastroenterology, and Diagnostic Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in an urgent care or clinic setting.
• Perform administrative and clinical tasks such as patient intake, vital signs, and medication administration.
• Conduct radiologic imaging within the defined scope of practice (chest, upper/lower extremities, spine, and pediatric categories).
• Adhere to regulatory standards, patient safety protocols, and organizational policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current Texas Limited Medical Radiology Technologist License (Medical Radiologic Technologist – Limited Certificate) covering chest, upper/lower extremities (including shoulder), spine, and pediatric categories.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited LMRT or NCT program.
• Prior experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or outpatient clinical settings.
