Responsibilities
- Ready patients for Provider visits in the ambulatory clinic setting
- Work collaboratively with the practice team to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Maintain confidentiality of all patients' records, medical treatment, and diagnosis
- Absorb and abide by the policies and procedures of the practice
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Successful completion of Medical Assistance or comparable training program
- Two years Medical Assistant experience preferred
- One to two years Medical Assistant experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Basic clinical skills
- Effective communication
- Confidentiality and data protection
