Medical Assistant I

About the role

Join our primary care team supporting 3 providers and 1 physical therapist, with each provider seeing 16–20 patients daily. We’re looking for a Medical Assistant I who is dependable, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic.

How will you make an impact

Take manual vitals and document in EMR
Perform phlebotomy, specimen processing, and point-of-care testing
Administer injections and immunizations
Assist with exams, procedures, and diagnostic tests
Support patient education and care coordination
Manage patient flow and prepare exam rooms
Help with phones, scheduling, and front-office tasks as needed
Maintain supplies and follow infection-control standards

Requirements

• 1–2 years of primary care or urgent care experience
• Strong phlebotomy skills required
• Experience with injections & immunizations
• Graduate of an accredited MA program
• MA certification required (AAMA ideal)
• EMR experience required
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
• CPR/BLS required
• NV Lab Certification is Required

Compensation

$21.00 to $31.50
