Medical Assistant - Geriatric Primary Care

Role: Bilingual Medical Assistant supporting senior patients (65+). Responsibilities Room patients, obtain vitals and medical histories.Assist with exams and procedures.Coordinate referrals and manage documentation.Support development and implementation of care plans.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver preventive, value-based care, wellness services, and education.
