We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Preserve all substantive info. Include a section only when posting has real specific content for it; never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text like "commensurate with experience", etc. Do not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro paragraph: "At Northwestern Medicine, every patient interaction makes a difference in cultivating a positive workplace. This patient-first approach is what sets us apart as a leader in the healthcare industry. As an integral part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to join our quest for better health care, no matter where you work within the Northwestern Medicine system. We pride ourselves on providing competitive benefits: from tuition reimbursement and loan forgiveness to 401(k) matching and lifecycle benefits, our goal is to take care of our employees. Ready to join our quest for better?" This is about the role/company. Could be "About the role" or "About Northwestern Medicine". Use heading

    About the role

maybe. - Then "Job Description This is a Full Time position at 40 hours per week shared between Grayslake Family Medicine and Internal Medicine clinics. Schedule is Monday through Friday and hours will vary based on operational needs. The MA will be primarily in the lab performing blood draws and strong phlebotomy skills is necessary." This includes schedule info (Monday-Friday, hours vary). Also mentions full-time 40 hrs/week. So we have schedule info: Monday-Friday, hours vary based on operational needs. Also full-time 40 hrs/week. So we can have a Schedule section with that content. Also maybe Pay? No pay mentioned. So no Pay section. - Then: "The Medical Assistant reflects the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Medicine, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. The Medical Assistant is a member of the health care team primarily responsible for providing support to physicians, nurses, and other licensed medical staff by facilitating efficient patient flow, assisting with various patient care activities, and performing related administrative functions. The Medical Assistant is responsible for ensuring efficient patient flow through the clinic; maintaining neat, clean and safe patient care areas; promoting patient satisfaction by interacting with patients in a professional, friendly manner; safeguarding patient confidentiality." This is more about role responsibilities. Could be part of Responsibilities. - Then "Responsibilities:" followed by a long list of duties. We'll need to put those in
    • . - Then "Qualifications Required:" list: high school diploma or GED; certification requirements; BLS/CPR; 0-2 years experience; strong computer skills. Preferred: completion of accredited MA training program; 1-2 years ambulatory care experience; experience with EMR. - Then "Additional Information" includes EEO statement, background check, AI disclosure. Those are boilerplate to remove. So we should remove EEO, background check, AI disclosure. Also "Benefits" section: "We offer a wide range of benefits that provide employees with tools and resources to improve their physical, emotional, and financial well-being while providing protection for unexpected life events. Please visit our Benefits section to learn more." That's vague; no specific benefits listed. The instruction: do NOT create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It mentions benefits generally but not specific. It says "Please visit our Benefits section to learn more." That's not specific content. So we should not create a Benefits section because no specific benefits listed. However earlier intro mentioned "competitive benefits: from tuition reimbursement and loan forgiveness to 401(k) matching and lifecycle benefits". That is specific benefits listed in intro. So we have specific benefits: tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, 401(k) matching, lifecycle benefits. So we can create a Benefits section with those items. - Then "Sign-on Bonus Eligibility (if sign-on bonus offered for position): Internal employees and rehires who left Northwestern Medicine within 1 year are not eligible for the sign on bonus. Exception: New graduate internal employees seeking their first licensed clinical position at NM may be eligible depending upon the job family." This is specific content about sign-on bonus eligibility. Could be part of Benefits or separate? It's about sign-on bonus. Could be included under Benefits as a list item. Or we could create a Benefits section and include sign-on bonus eligibility as a bullet. The instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can list benefits. Thus sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities, Qualifications (maybe split into Required and Preferred), Benefits (including tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, 401(k) matching, lifecycle benefits, sign-on bonus eligibility). Schedule (Monday-Friday, hours vary, full-time 40 hrs/week). Possibly Skills? Not explicitly listed as separate; strong phlebotomy skills necessary, strong computer skills. Could be under Qualifications or Skills. But we can include under Qualifications. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not create Pay section because no pay. We must not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. We have specific benefits listed, so okay. We must not create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does: schedule Monday-Friday, hours vary, full-time 40 hrs/week. So include. We must not create sections with placeholder text. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

        About the role

At Northwestern Medicine, every patient interaction makes a difference in cultivating a positive workplace. Job Description

maybe not needed? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It didn't list Job Description as a heading example, but we could still use it if we want. However they said "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests those are the allowed headings; we should stick to those. So we should not create a Job Description heading. Instead we can incorporate the job description content into About the role or Responsibilities. The schedule info could go under Schedule section. The full-time description could be under Schedule as well. The initial paragraph about full-time and schedule could be under Schedule. The rest of the job description (the MA role description) could be under Responsibilities. Thus we can have:

But we also have earlier responsibilities paragraph before the list: "The Medical Assistant reflects the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Medicine, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. The Medical Assistant is a member of the health care team primarily responsible for providing support to physicians, nurses, and other licensed medical staff by facilitating efficient patient flow, assisting with various patient care activities, and performing related administrative functions. The Medical Assistant is responsible for ensuring efficient patient flow through the clinic; maintaining neat, clean and safe patient care areas; promoting patient satisfaction by interacting with patients in a professional, friendly manner; safeguarding patient confidentiality." This could be included as a

before the list, or as list items. Since it's prose, we can put a

        before the

          . The instruction: use

for prose. So we can have a

          summarizing that, then the

            for the list. Thus:

            Responsibilities
