About the Role

$2,500 Discretionary Sign-On Bonus

The Medical Assistant, under the supervision of the Clinic Director, is responsible for assisting the Medical Provider and nursing staff in delivering medical care, helping patients understand and comply with their care, and ensuring the efficient operation of a professional practice. The role requires knowledge of the ages of patients served.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Medical Providers and nursing staff in delivering medical care.
  • Support patients in understanding and complying with their care plans.
  • Help maintain an efficient and professional practice environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Sufficient education to communicate professionally in English, both orally and in writing.
  • One year of experience in a health care field/environment preferred.
  • Obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification within six (6) months of hire.
  • Ability to successfully pass a Background Check and Drug Screen.

Pay

Starting pay range varies based on experience, up to 10 years of experience.
