Medical Assistant
About the role
We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our caring community in Greer, South Carolina. Reporting to the Lead Medical Assistant and Clinic Administrator, you will be part of a collaborative care team dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Discuss symptoms and obtain vital signs
- Medication/vaccine administration
- Phlebotomy and collecting specimens
- Sterilize/cleaning equipment and maintaining examination rooms
- Document information into the electronic medical records system
Requirements
- Use your skills to make an impact
- Successful completion of MA training program and Certified as a Registered Medical Assistant
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR Certified
- PREFERRED: Phlebotomy experience, Medication/vaccine administration experience, 1+ years of MA experience, Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
