Medical Assistant (70142)
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). They gave examples but we can use other headings if appropriate? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect those standard headings, but we can also include other headings if needed? It says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those are typical. We should include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for Responsibilities (Summary Of Duties And Responsibilities, Primary Duties And Responsibilities). We have Qualifications (Qualifications Requirements..., Preferred Requirements...). We have Skills maybe part of Qualifications. We have Character First Qualities (list of qualities). Could be under a heading like "Character First Qualities". Could also be under "Skills". But better to create a section for "Character First Qualities". The instructions: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine Character First Qualities into a "Skills" or "Qualifications" section? But they are personal attributes, not qualifications. Could be under "Skills". However they gave example headings; we could use "Skills" for that list. But we also have qualifications separate. Could have sections: Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills (Character First Qualities), Essential Functions. Also maybe "About the role" could be summary paragraph? The posting includes a brief summary: "The Medical Assistant performs foundational clinical duties under direction while developing proficiency..." That's essentially the summary. Could be under "About the role". So we can create sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (primary duties), Qualifications (required and preferred), Skills (Character First Qualities), Essential Functions. No Pay, Schedule, Benefits as not present.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Do not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. No navigation etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all duties, qualifications, preferred, essential functions, character qualities.
We need to format lists with - . For prose use
.
We need to ensure we don't create empty sections.
Let's extract content.
