Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing global medical hematology team
- Execute the global medical affairs strategy for hematology assets with cross-functional teams
- Shape the scientific strategy across global governance and therapeutic teams
- Support clinical development and lifecycle strategies for products
- Translate insights into actionable medical plans and strategies
- Develop external stakeholder engagement plans and scientific communication strategies
- Ensure compliance with regulations and the company policies in all medical activities
Qualifications
- Doctorate degree with 4 years in medical affairs or clinical development, or Master's degree with 7 years in medical affairs or clinical development, or Bachelor's degree with 9 years in medical affairs or clinical development
- MD/DO, PhD, or PharmD preferred; ideally with a fellowship
- 5+ years in a leadership role within clinical research or medical affairs
- Expertise in malignant hematology and treatment paradigms
- Global regulatory knowledge and Good Clinical Practices experience
Pay
$217,673 – $294,498 annually
