Role: Medical Affairs Scientific Communications Director, responsible for leading scientific strategy and content development within neuroscience therapies. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement integrated medical communication and publication plans.Ensure accuracy and compliance of scientific and regulatory materials.Translate complex data into clear, compliant messages for healthcare professionals and stakeholders.Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial, and HEOR teams to align on evidence generation and dissemination strategies.Manage relationships with external agencies and mentor team members.Support congress activities, advisory boards, and field medical tools to facilitate scientific exchange and education. Qualifications & Skills Strong expertise in scientific communication within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.Ability to develop strategic, compliant messaging based on complex scientific data.Excellent collaboration, leadership, and mentoring skills.Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional teams.Proficiency in translating scientific information into engaging content for diverse audiences.
