Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments and skincare services
• Creating a warm, elevated, and welcoming patient experience
• Educating patients on skincare routines, treatment options, and wellness-focused aesthetic services
• BUILDING long-term patient relationships through trust, professionalism, and consistent care
• SUPPORTING treatment plans and service recommendations in collaboration with providers and clinic leadership
• Maintaining treatment rooms, equipment, and documentation to clinic standards
• CONTRIBUTING to patient retention through exceptional service and follow-up care
• STAYING current on industry trends, products, and best practices in aesthetics and wellness
• REPRESENTING the NIVA Health brand with professionalism, positivity, and confidence

Requirements

• Licensed Aesthetician / Esthetician (state licensure required)
• Experience in medical aesthetics, wellness clinics, med spas, dermatology, or luxury skincare environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and patient education
• Experience with wellness-focused or preventative health environments is a plus
• Comfortable working closely with providers and clinical teams
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required

Full-time, in-clinic position
