Engage Rare Neurology specialists and other key stakeholders across diverse care settings (e.g., academic centers, large group practices, IDNs, and community accounts) within an assigned geography. Deliver clinically focused messaging to drive revenue and achieve product goals, demonstrating strong ownership, initiative, and compliant, integrity-driven performance.
Responsibilities
- Engage Rare Neurology experts and other key customers within an assigned geography to launch products, grow brand share, and consistently deliver product goals.
- Partner with Reimbursement and Access Specialists and other stakeholders to proactively address customer needs, market dynamics, and trends, developing strategies that support brand and corporate objectives.
- Develop strong working relationships with customers, colleagues, and internal contacts, including clinics, physicians, nurses, healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct rare neurology-specific market profiling to ensure deep understanding of regional and local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Develop and execute strategic account selling and management plans, including comprehensive territory, account, and customer plans to drive achievement of objectives.
- Ensure all personnel in assigned accounts are educated on commercially available Regeneron products.
- Develop and execute strategies within key accounts in the Rare Neurology therapeutic area to establish, generate, and expand market share.
- Proactively identify business opportunities with assigned accounts and lead coordination efforts within the Regeneron Rare Neurology account team.
- Gain deep knowledge of each assigned account through internal research and proactive information gathering from stakeholders, including business models, metrics, challenges, and strategic goals.
- Support sales success through participation in congresses, regional meetings, and other industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory; Master’s degree or additional advanced education/certifications a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of successful experience in Neurology sales; specialty/biologic/REMS products strongly preferred.
- Launch experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with key thought leaders or high-influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations, with a concentration in Neurology.
- Proven success and positive track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments, operating with high integrity within compliance guidelines.
- Strong account management experience with analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Current account management experience calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
- Strong understanding of the Neurology therapeutic area and the current Neurology marketplace.
Pay
Salary range (annually): $158,950 - $220,000.
