Medicaid Billing Specialist (67904)

Responsibilities

• Process payments on behalf of customers or patients
• Maintain organized financial records to aid in reporting
• Calculate bill totals by reviewing previous financial statements

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Adherence to laws and best practices in customer interactions and data handling
• Comfortable with numbers and financial information processing
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and ER software
