Shape the future of AI by challenging advanced language models on clinical scenarios and theoretical medical questions. Document failures and suggest improvements to model reasoning and evaluation metrics.

Responsibilities

• Converse with the model on clinical scenarios and theoretical medical questions
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

Requirements

• A medical degree (MD, DO) or a master’s/PhD in a health sciences field
• Clinical experience, peer-reviewed publications, hospital-based practice, or public health project involvement
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills

Qualifications

• Expertise in internal medicine, pharmacology, pathology, clinical diagnostics, medical ethics, human physiology, epidemiology, immunology, and evidence-based medicine

Skills

• Expertise in medical fields relevant to AI development
• Strong communication and metacognitive skills
