Medic de laborator (Departamentul Biologie Moleculară)

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct and timely execution of laboratory investigations in the Molecular Biology department
• Verify and validate laboratory analysis results
• Identify and manage non-conformities and results requiring additional verification
• Perform and monitor internal and external quality control
• Comply with and improve procedures and requirements of the quality management system
• Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to ensure accuracy and relevance of results
• Participate in the training and professional development of laboratory personnel

Requirements

• Higher medical education with specialization in laboratory medicine
• Minimum 3–5 years of work experience in the field
• Knowledge of performing and interpreting molecular biology laboratory investigations
• Analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of laboratory quality management and experience with ISO 15189
• PC operation skills (MS Office and laboratory information systems)
• Proficiency in Romanian and Russian; English is an advantage
• Responsibility, accuracy, organization, and focus on quality of medical services
