About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance the NEOGOV platform to meet customer needs and improve job matching services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Implement new features and functionalities based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Monitor user engagement and satisfaction metrics to inform product development decisions.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote the platform and gather feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development or project management.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies and databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or similar programming languages.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
