Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide mediation services and coaching to parents and students.
- Develop and present workshops on mediated learning and related topics.
- Research and develop educational tools for parents to implement with their children.
- Prepare written articles, social media posts, and other communications.
- Represent WISDOM at conferences and meetings as required.
Qualifications & Personal Qualities
- Training in special education, mediated learning, and cognitive development, with ongoing education required.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong critical thinking skills and a desire to serve the home school community.
- Excellent ability to use basic computer systems.
- Home schooled graduate or home educating parent.
Working Conditions
- Continuous part-time or variable-time, wage or salary status.
- Flexible hours with primarily work-from-home.
- Travel required, with some evenings and Saturdays during high seasons.
