Media Search Analyst - English (United States)
About the role
A Media Search Analyst evaluates diverse task categories—music, video, books, podcasts, and home pod content—using a web-based tool. You’ll analyze and assess search outcomes for App Store content, validate query accuracy and intent, and apply market expertise to ensure relevance and purpose of task-related information for your specific market.
This is a part-time, long-term project with flexible scheduling. Your work will be subject to standard quality assurance checks throughout the agreement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of media content across music, video, books, podcasts, and home pod evaluations.
- Analyze and evaluate search outcomes for App Store content using online tools.
- Research and validate query accuracy and intent by applying market expertise and provided directives.
- Assess the relevance and purpose of task-related information for the U.S. market.
- Work across diverse task types, including news, audio tasks, and relevance evaluations.
Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Residency in the United States for the last year, with familiarity with U.S. business, media, sports, news, social media, and cultural affairs.
- An email address associated with an Apple ID and experience with Apple products.
- Up-to-date knowledge of trends in applications, music, and video, with a keen interest in internet research.
- Flexibility to adapt to diverse task types and innovative methodologies.
- Daily access to a secure broadband internet connection, a computer, and relevant software.
- Independent working style with strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
A high school degree or higher certification is preferred, but exceptional skills and talent are also considered.
Assessment
To qualify for the role, you’ll complete an open-book qualification exam to determine suitability, along with ID verification. Guidelines and learning materials will be provided before the exam, which must be completed within a specified timeframe at your convenience.
