Media Sales Consultant

Remote-based role covering the Seattle market.

About the role

We're hiring a Media Sales Consultant to own and grow a book of business across the Seattle market. This is a true outside sales role where you'll prospect, pitch, close, and retain local business owners who need integrated direct-mail and digital marketing that delivers measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop pipeline across small and medium-sized local businesses
• Deliver consultative sales that integrate direct mail and digital into cohesive campaigns
• Build long-term client relationships that drive renewals, upsells, and referrals
• Own your numbers, territory, and business growth

Requirements

• 2+ years in outside or field sales (media experience a plus but not required)
• Proven ability to get in the door, command a room, and follow through
• Experience selling directly to business owners and decision makers
• Driven by commission, ownership, and momentum

Pay

• Base salary plus $15,000 in guaranteed commissions in year one
• Estimated first-year earnings: $70,000 to $75,000
• Uncapped commission after year one, with $100K+ potential as territory matures
