Media Sales Consultant

About the role

Help local businesses thrive by connecting them with modern marketing solutions that integrate direct mail, digital, and e-commerce innovation. This is a remote outside sales opportunity in the Wellington and Royal Palm Beach, FL area.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with small and medium-sized businesses.
• Generate new leads and expand your client base through high-volume outbound outreach (in-person, calls, email).
• Craft and execute integrated campaigns combining direct mail, digital, and e-commerce solutions.
• Create and leverage data-driven strategies using best-in-class analytics to deliver outstanding results for clients.
• Design and present integrated marketing solutions (direct mail + digital).
• Manage a large, active pipeline of prospects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales and relationship building, preferably in media or direct mail.
• Proven ability to make high-volume outbound appointments through in-person visits, calls, and email daily.
• Experience managing a large, active pipeline of prospects.
• Tech-savvy and forward-thinking, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Passion for integrating traditional and digital marketing to deliver innovative solutions.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Pay

Competitive base salary plus $15,000 in guaranteed commissions for your first year, with uncapped earning potential. First-year income is estimated at $70,000 to $75,000, with potential to exceed $100,000 as your business grows.
