Media Sales Consultant

Help local businesses thrive by connecting them with modern marketing solutions that make a difference. This is a remote outside sales opportunity in the Madison, WI area. You'll craft campaigns that seamlessly integrate the power of direct mail with advanced e-commerce and digital strategies.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with small and medium-sized businesses.
• Generate new leads and expand your client base through outbound outreach.
• Design and execute integrated campaigns combining direct mail, digital, and e-commerce solutions.
• Utilize best-in-class data and analytics to create and implement marketing strategies that deliver results.

Requirements

• Proven ability to make high-volume outbound appointments (in person) and outreach through calls/email daily.
• Experience managing a large, active pipeline of prospects.
• 2+ years of experience in sales and relationship building, preferably with a background in media or direct mail.
• Ability to design and present integrated marketing solutions (direct mail + digital).
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Forward-thinking, tech-savvy individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Passion for integrating traditional and digital marketing to deliver innovative solutions.

Pay

Competitive compensation including a base salary plus $15,000 in guaranteed commissions for your first year, with uncapped earning potential. First-year income is estimated at $70,000 to $75,000, with potential to exceed $100,000 as your business grows.
