About the role

Fully remote outside sales opportunity in the Cincinnati, OH area. Help local businesses thrive by connecting them with modern marketing solutions that integrate direct mail, digital, and e-commerce innovation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with small and medium-sized businesses.
• Generate new leads and expand your client base through high-volume outbound outreach (in-person, calls, email).
• Craft and execute integrated campaigns combining direct mail, digital, and e-commerce solutions.
• Create and leverage data-driven strategies using best-in-class data and analytics to deliver outstanding results for clients.
• Design and present integrated marketing solutions (direct mail + digital).
• Manage a large, active pipeline of prospects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales and relationship building, preferably with a background in media or direct mail.
• Proven ability to make high-volume outbound appointments through calls, email, and in-person outreach daily.
• Experience managing a large, active pipeline of prospects.
• Forward-thinking, tech-savvy individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Passion for integrating traditional and digital marketing to deliver innovative solutions.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Competitive compensation: base salary plus $15,000 in guaranteed commissions for your first year, with uncapped earning potential. First-year income estimated at $70,000 to $75,000, with potential to exceed $100,000.
