About the role

The Seven Mountains Media family of stations has just grown, and we are now hiring for immediate openings in New Castle, PA for a Multimedia Specialist. Our communities are a wonderful place to live and raise a family, with excellent schools, solid infrastructure, and lots of great places to visit. You could be working with a wonderful collection of broadcasters, creative talent, and marketing representatives to further deliver a tremendous stable of successful radio stations, sports opportunities, NTR/events, digital products, and creative services opportunities to current and future clients to grow their businesses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans that meet the market's revenue goals
• Emphasis on new business development and growing business with existing customers
• Conduct consultative/strategic locally focused selling
• Maintain effective communication with everyone encountered during performance of assigned job responsibilities
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and positive-minded approach

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of media sales experience (preferred)
• Proven track record of success in consultative/strategic locally focused selling
• Will consider proven records in other industries
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive-minded attitude
