About the role

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative user interfaces that enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive user interfaces
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Stay updated with the latest UI design trends and technologies
• Conduct usability tests and iterate designs based on feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in UI design
• Strong proficiency in UX/UI design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Experience with web development languages and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approach
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices

Skills

• Strong visual design sense and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in prototyping tools like Marvel, Principle, or Axure

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
