Media Clerk (Paraprofessional) - Willow Drive Elementary

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree or 60 college credit hours from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a public school setting

Performance Responsibilities

• Maintains and oversees a positive learning environment
• Aids the teacher in implementing daily learning experiences
• Collaborates with the teacher on curricular planning, classroom environment issues, and instructional practices
• Aids the teacher in providing unique and/or special accommodations for students
• Promotes a safe, secure, healthy learning environment
• Works with individual students or small groups for behavior or academic issues
• Works cooperatively and respectfully with others

Evaluation

Job performance will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of Sumter School Board policy.
